I 2018...

løb den første madfestival af staben og er blevet afholdt hvert år efterfølgende. Siden har festivalen haft vokseværk.

Hvornår bliver festivalen afholdt?

Nordjysk Madfestival bliver afholdt hvert år i uge 34 og 35.

Hvor bliver festivalen afholdt?

Madfestivalen har ikke en fast festival plads – tilgengæld skaber vi madfestival stemning i hele Aalborg by samt i Brønderslev Kommune gennem vores børne-madfestival SMASK.

Hvem er festivalen for?

Nordjysk Madfestival har til formål at være en folkelig festival med plads til alle madglade personer – Kort sagt, kan du lide mad – så er Nordjysk Madfestival noget for dig!

 

Hvorfor bliver festivalen afholdt?

Nordjysk Madfestival har til formål, at øge bevistheden om det nordjyske spisekammer med forskellige lokale råvarer samt de gastronomiske muligheder.

Hvad kan man opleve under festivalen?

Nordjysk Madfestival byder på et stort udvalg af unikke madoplevelser.

Hvad er Nordjysk Madfestival?

Nordjysk Madfestival er en festival, der byder på et bredt udvalg af unikke madoplevelser med fokus på det lokale. Under festivalen har man blandt andet mulighed for, at komme helt tæt på de nordjyske producenter. Der er også mulighed for at tage del i fælleskabet omkring interessen for madens verden. Under madfestivalen bliver sanserne sat i spil og de traditionelle måder at tænke madoplevelser på bliver udfordret.
